Senior NetSuite Consultant

Mine with us leveraging our unique Managed Application Consulting (MAC) model! Seeking Senior NetSuite Functional Consultants to lead post-implementation consultative subscription-based engagements.

Job Description

• Leads post-implementation NetSuite customers through intake phase aimed at creating a backlog of compliant work-packets (no more than 40-hours each) that maximize Customer’s NetSuite investment

• Continues as named primary contact for:

  • Hands-on functional NetSuite assistance to remediate issues identified in intake

  • Continuous identification and prioritization of new compliant initiatives

  • Coordination with MAC Tech Shared Service for custom development requirements, unit testing of developed solutions, UAT facilitation/refinement and solution deployment

• Maintain detailed record hygiene in MAC transactional system(s) of record

• Identifies larger work-packets (>40 hours) to hand-off to Project Team for final scoping and engagement under separate Statement of Work; receive knowledge transfer on newly deployed functionality to incorporate into ongoing MAC engagement

• Ensure raving Customer references that result in high MAC subscription renewal rates

• 100% virtual during COVID; post-COVID may require up to 15% travel

Desired Background and Skills

• A combination of at least three (3) years of operational experience in one or more of the following primary industry verticals: Software/Technology, Retail, Warehouse Distribution, Manufacturing, Non-Profit

• Strong engagement management and task/time coordination

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid consultative presentation skills

• Great at developing and maintaining Customer relationships at all levels (C-Suite/Executive Sponsor, Departmental Lead, Administrator)

• Recognizing new business opportunities and facilitating frictionless hand-offs

• Experience presenting to/facilitating meetings and group discussions

• Proficiency with personal productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• 3+ years of sustained, hands-on experience with Oracle | NetSuite ERP modules

• 5+ years of customer-facing functional consulting
